There are many acts that offend the English grammar, but there are several that seem particularly real estate listings and pages. The following is not a definitive list of the most common sins, but that list most of the times I've seen in my trip online.
Plurals chance
Most require English possessive apostrophe: "The agent list is terrible." "The collapse of the roof of the house can expect to be overlooked with more adjectives in the list." At no time does one require a plural apostrophe. "The houses are empty." "The agents are worried." Every time you misuse an apostrophe, for killing a baby ferret.
You / Your:
The English possessive rule does not hold for "her."
"Your" is possessive: "The house I am trying to sell is a dead body in his basement."
"It" is a contraction of "is" This house? It is nice, but I prefer the haunted mansion on the road. "
Son / His / No:
"Son" is a contraction of "are." "They are a handful of players, are not they?"
"Your" is the possessive case of several names: "His house was never sold at that amount."
"No" refers to a location. "I would have to sell my collection of Star Wars to give the house over there."
And all together now: "They're looking for in that house over there with his agent."
You're / Your:
"Your" refers to what belongs to someone: "Listing", "Your grammar horrible."
"You're" is a contraction of "you": "It's showing how many houses today?"
Avoid dangling modifiers: "Covered in vermin-infested rats, home buyers stayed away from the condemnation of property." Of course, home buyers can be covered with rats infested with parasites, but not as unlikely as rats invaded a house destined for demolition.
Not everything in caps! Do you notice Capitals Find more exciting! The same goes for exclamation points !!!!! They are not magnets or lead Magic Customer fastest-Picker-Upper !!!!! Make your ad look like a cheap money Takes!
The same applies to the capitals. It is difficult to tell where one sentence ends and another begins, especially if their use becomes sloppy punctuation no punctuation or careless or absent-page ads and made difficult to read at the end because the eye has a hard time following sentences without clear starting and stopping points.
